Our products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

 


We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement.
